Brock Lesnar returned to WWE at SummerSlam 2025 Sunday after the main-event battle between John Cena and Cody Rhodes and attacked “Super Cena”.
Fans anticipated the Beast returning to the post-SummerSlam episode of SmackDown.
But Brock Lesnar was absent, leaving fans confused. Cena’s single match was announced with Logan Paul instead for Clash in Paris 2025.
This has raised serious questions over the Cena and Lesnar saga. It appears WWE leaked the returning date for the Beast.
Brock Lesnar vs. John Cena WWE match
The Last Real Champion is advertised for SmackDown after Clash in Paris, which hints he may pick up a victory over Logan Paul.
However, the tide could turn against John Cena as Lesnar may return on the Friday Night show, once again attack Cena.
The attack may do the groundwork for the final feud between arch-rivals. The two could face each other at Crown Jewel Perth, a bigger stage.
